Discover the type of tea ceremony performed by the people who grew the tea, the lesser-known green tea ceremony! Unlike matcha tea ceremonies that have many strict rules, the green tea ceremony has simple rules and a strong focus on making the tea just right. No matter the location, we'll enjoy a number of small cups of tea, tasting the flavours possible from the same tea leaves when brewed the right way. In most cases we can also enjoy a locally made Japanese style sweet with the tea.
